Birthing Services
Consultation
Consultations are always free and required to receive services with us. Consultations can be provided remotely or in-person. You will meet with both your primary and back-up Birth Doulas.
Virtual Birth Plan Prep
During this virtual session we will help you figure out your ideal birth. We will construct a unique written birth plan for you. It will be sent to you so it can be shared with your birth team. Don't worry about lifting a finger, you got you covered!
Cost: $60
*This service is included for clients who choose to contract us as Birth Doulas, free of charge!
Pregnancy Support Messaging
Unlimited text messaging throughout your pregnancy with experienced Doulas who can provide you with support and answers to your most difficult questions. Responses should be expected on weekdays within 24 hours of your text.

Birthing Package
Full packages normally include:
- 2 Prenatal Visits
- Support Throughout Labor and Delivery
- 1 Postpartum Visit
Packages can be adjusted to fit every families individual birthing needs.
Prenatal Visits
- Meeting with Birthing Parent and Birthing Partner to discuss preferences regarding your unique birth experience.
- Review any concerns regarding upcoming birth.
- Tour birthing center. (depending on COVID guidelines by birthing location)
- Review and educate on relaxation, positioning, and pain relief techniques during labor.
Labor & Delivery
- Primary and Back-Up Doulas on-call for your labor and delivery.
- We will meet you at home or your pre-determined birthing location.
- We can assist you to labor as much as possible at home prior to your decision to call your midwife/ travel to your birthing location.
- Ensure You and/or your Birth Partner can advocate for your wants and needs during Labor and Delivery.
- Assistance with positioning, counter pressure, meditation, rebozo, reiki, and alternate pain relief techniques.
- Emotional and mental support during Labor and Delivery for you and your Birthing Partner.
Postpartum Visit
- Check-In within 48 hours to ensure everyone is adjusting well.
- Re-cap of labor and delivery experience.
- Speaking openly about any changes that may have occurred from the original birth plan and how you felt about those changes.
- Reviewing any need for further postpartum care.
NOTE: Postpartum packages added to birthing services are provided at a discounted rate.
