Consultation
Consultations are always free and required to receive services with us. Consultations can be provided remotely or in-person. You will meet with both your primary and back-up Postpartum Doulas.
New Family Support Messaging
Unlimited text messaging throughout your first 6 months as a new family with experienced Doulas who can provide you with support and answer your most difficult questions. Responses to be expected on weekdays within 24 hours of your text.
Total Cost: $100
*This service is included throughout the time you contract postpartum package services, free of charge.
Postpartum Package
- 30 hours of postpartum support.
- Assisting Mom in recovery.
- Assisting parents, siblings, & newborn adjust to a new family dynamic.
- Supporting a healthy sleep schedule, eating habits, and home environment for the entire family.
- Educating new parents to help them be confident caregivers.
Mom's Recovery
- Assist with care of stitches due to tearing or C-section incision.
- Education about pelvic floor exercises.
- Documenting recovery & any symptoms to address with OBGYN.
- Ensuring that Mom is properly hydrated and fed.
Breast/ Bottle Feeding Support
- Assistance with latch
- Assistance with pumping
- Assistance with positioning whether breast or bottle feeding
- Assistance with formula mixing, amounts, and bottle warming
- Assistance with burping
Newborn Care
- Diapering- cloth or disposable
- Changing Clothing
- Bathing
- Care of umbilical cord
- Care of circumcision (if applicable)
Sleep Schedule/ Arrangements
- Assisting to help determine best sleeping arrangements for the family.
- Ensuring parent(s) are getting enough sleep.
- Ensuring newborn is getting enough sleep.
- Overnights are subject to availability.
Light Housework
- Cooking/ Meal Prep/ Nutritional Support
- Dishes
- Laundry
- Dusting
- Vacuuming
- Sweeping/ Mopping
