Energy Work
Reiki
Energy work provided by trained level 3 Usui Reiki professionals. This energy work focuses on balancing chakras. Through individual sessions we are able to cleanse, remove blockages, and provide energy for your mind, body, and spirit. These sessions are tailored to your needs.
Group Reiki
Energy work provided within a group setting between 5-10 participants. Group grounding and cleansing. With mini individual Reiki sessions provided. (Note: This option is great for those looking for a light refresher, group discount, and connection within a group of individuals)
Sound Therapy
We use singing bowls and tuning forks to provide sound and vibration therapy. Sound therapy provides a boost of energy to your mind, body, and spirit. Individual sessions are tailored to your needs.
Group Sound Therapy
Sound therapy provided within a group setting between 5-10 participants. Group grounding and cleansing. Individuals may simultaneously benefit from sound therapy aimed towards a specific goal.
Aromatherapy
A therapeutic session of plant oils that provide strong aromas to promote healing, relaxation, and wellness. Individual sessions are tailored to your needs.
Combined Sessions
Whether in an individual or group setting Reiki, Sound Therapy, and Aromatherapy may be used simultaneously to achieve total mind, body, and spirit wellness.
